On Saturday, November 1st, Northwest business leaders and their foursomes braved the wind and cold (Florida-cold, that is) to support a great cause and show off their golf (and golf cart driving) skills. The Annual Northwest Golf Tournament is headed up by Dave Dunbar, one of the leaders at Northwest Church, owner of an ultrasound company and founder/director of Adventures in Christ mission organization.

"All the players had such great attitudes and there was great sportsmanship, not to mention the weather was awesome! All in all a great day." Dave said. "The highlight of the day was seeing people good and not so good at golf coming together to have fun for a good cause." Since its inception, the tournament has benefited Northwest Christmas Child, a Northwest Church program that provides food and toys to underserved children in the community each Christmas.
